Care and Maintenance

Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth only for stains, then wipe dry.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and excess water.
Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources and damp areas.
Try to lift furniture when moving it. Don’t drag it.
Check and tighten fittings from time to time.
Don’t overload or stand on furniture.

Shipping and Refund

Dispatch time varies by product and is shown on each product page.
Delivery takes 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on location.
Damaged or missing parts: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund at no cost.
Change of mind?: We accept returns within 5 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping charges apply.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
Bulk, custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable.
