No refund for

- Cancellation outside the permitted windows
- Delays caused by events beyond our control
- Refusing delivery of a product that is not defective
- Delivery, installation or handling charges, unless the product was defective, damaged or wrong
How refunds are paid
- Where a product is returned, the refund is processed only after we receive and inspect it, and is initiated within 10 working days of receipt. Other approved refunds are initiated within 10 working days of approval. If applicable law or the payment system requires a shorter period, that period applies.
- Refunds are ordinarily made to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's requirements. Your bank or gateway may take additional time to credit it, as per its own timelines.
- We do not give cash refunds. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the same account.
- Gift card value is refunded as gift card credit, and discounts or offer value are not refunded in cash.
- For EMI orders, the refund goes to the bank or EMI provider. Their terms decide how your EMI, interest and fees are adjusted.
If a refund has not reached you by the expected date, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the bank.
