06 Installation Policy

Installation is done by our trained team or an authorised partner. Charges, if any, are shown on the product page, at checkout or in your quotation.

Please have the site ready

Civil, painting, flooring, electrical and plumbing work finished
Area clean, dry, lit, and cleared of fragile items
Access through doors, lifts and stairs checked in advance
An adult present for the whole visit

Each additional visit necessitated by an unready site or lack of customer access may be charged at the applicable rate communicated before the visit, subject to a minimum of ₹500.

What installation includes

We assemble the products we supply and fix the hardware supplied with them. We align doors and drawers, place the product in position, and remove packing material where practical.

Not included, unless agreed in writing

Electrical, plumbing, civil or masonry work; false ceilings; wall or floor changes; moving your existing furniture or appliances; and installing items not supplied by us.

Wall-mounted products

Walls must be strong enough to hold the product. Our technician may refuse to mount on weak, damp or hollow walls. Tell us in advance about concealed wiring and pipes. We are not liable for damage to hidden wiring, pipes or other services that were not marked for us.

Sign-off

Inspect the installed product with our technician and record any concern on the completion sheet before signing. A completion sheet signed without remarks will ordinarily be treated as evidence that installation was completed satisfactorily.

Reinstallation, relocation or extra visits after completion are charged separately. Installation, moving or alteration by anyone else voids the warranty on the affected parts.
