08 Account Policy
With an account you can track orders, save addresses and wishlists, and download invoices. You can also check out as a guest.
- Who can register: anyone 18 or older who can enter a binding contract. One account per person.
- Sign-in: mobile number with OTP, or email and password.
- Security: keep your OTP and password private. Evercraft staff will never ask for them. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so log out on shared devices.
- Accurate details: keep your name, phone, address and GSTIN up to date. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or wrong invoices caused by incorrect details.
- Suspected misuse: tell us at once at support@evercraftindia.com. We will lock the account while we check.
- Closing your account: request closure by email. We then delete or anonymise personal data we no longer need, except data we must or may keep under law, such as tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal-claim records.
- Suspension: we may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, false information, fake reviews, abusive behaviour, or misuse of offers and referral codes. Pending orders on such accounts may be cancelled, with amounts paid for undelivered products refunded.
