What we collect

How we use it
We use your data to process orders and payments, deliver and install, provide warranty service, and answer queries. We also use it to prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal duties.
With your consent, we send offers and design ideas by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Promotional messages are optional and are not a condition of buying from us. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by writing to support@evercraftindia.com, and we will act on it promptly. Order and service messages are still sent after you opt out of promotions.
Who we share it with
We share data only with those who help fulfil your order, and only for that purpose:
- delivery and installation partners,
- payment gateways, and banks or lenders for EMI,
- SMS, WhatsApp and email service providers,
- hosting and IT providers, and
- auditors and professional advisers.
We may also disclose data when required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public from fraud or harm. If the business or the Evercraft brand is transferred or merged, your data may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.
Some service providers may store data on servers outside India, with safeguards consistent with Indian law.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption in transit and limited staff access. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will take the steps required by applicable law, including notifying affected users and the authorities.
Tax, accounting and transaction records are kept for the period required by law, and system and access logs for at least one year. Other personal data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, update or erase your data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to provide some services, and earlier processing remains valid.
Write to our Grievance Officer (see Contact Us); we respond within the timelines prescribed by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may approach the Data Protection Board in accordance with applicable law.
Children
Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete any such data we discover.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date, and notify registered users of significant changes. This policy is governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to Jodhpur jurisdiction.
