Who is Evercraft India?

A furniture and interiors brand of Furnitech Innovators Private Limited, Jodhpur, with its own manufacturing unit at Boranada.

Can I see products before buying?

Yes. Visit our Jodhpur showroom at 1, Bhansali Building, Chopasani Road, or ask for a video call walkthrough.

Can I customise a product?

Selected products can be customised in size, finish and fabric. We confirm the final specification in writing before production.

How do I pay?

All orders are paid 100% in advance, by UPI, card, net banking, bank transfer, or EMI through your bank where available.

How long will delivery take?

Typically 7–15 days for ready stock and 45–60 days for made-to-order products. Your Order Confirmation gives the estimated date.

Can I cancel my order?

Ready-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Made-to-order orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. Advances paid for interior projects, including the design fee, are not refundable, except where the cancellation is caused by Evercraft's failure to perform.

Do you give refunds?

Only in the cases listed in the Refund Policy, such as a valid cancellation, an order we cannot fulfil, or a defect we cannot fix. There is no refund for change of mind.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and the unboxing video or signed delivery sheet. We will repair or replace it.

What warranty do I get?

The period printed on your invoice, against manufacturing defects. See the Warranty Policy for periods and exclusions.

Is installation included?

Installation is done by our team. Any charge is shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your quotation.

Do you do complete home interiors?

Yes. Evercraft Interiors handles modular kitchens, wardrobes and full homes, from design to installation.

Is EMI available?

Yes, through banks and payment gateways on eligible orders. The lender sets the interest and charges.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Add your GSTIN before paying to claim input tax credit.

Do you take bulk or office orders?

Yes, for offices, hotels, institutions and projects, under a separate quotation. Write to sales@evercraftindia.com.
